This is a minor documentation update regrading food matters, more specifically the Latvian Cold Soup activity on Thursday 30 July 2026 in Bottrop. All the ingredients listed in the spreadsheet should be cut in 7 mm cubes with standard deviation of 2 mm and mixed together. Leave the eggs out and to keep it vegertarian, leave the mortadella cubes out as optional.

Even though there is more information about the Lithuanian festival, it is important to note that the Latvian version of the dish is obviously better.
